I'm hard pressed to see how the "commander in chief" couldn't allow women to go to any military base to get the abortion. The bases have the medical facilities, equipment and doctors needed. No staffing or funding needed--just civilian access.

The SCOTUS' decision to revoke Roe is unconstitutional on its face as Article III grants no authority to nullify rights to the court as explained by Alexander Hamilton in The Federalist #84. It is this simple.
Rights are not granted by the government or determined by the vote, they simply exist as expressed in the Declaration of Independence and the Ninth Amendment. Conservatives are the enemy. Conservative justices who do not accept that rights are not granted need to be impeached and removed from the bench at all levels including the SCOTUS.
And kudos to Briahna for bringing up the Ninth Amendment! It is constitutional proof that Alito is a jag-off and that his claim that the right to abortion being "not referenced" is bogus on its face. Fuck the conservatives on the SCOTUS. Conservatives are the enemies of our liberal society based on individual rights as much today as they were when they refused to acknowledge the rights of their black property.
